This summer has been a bit of a mixed bag in Poland. Temperatures have still reached the mid and high twenties but there have also been some days when most of the country has seemed to be under water due to torrential rain.
Temperatures appear to have stabilised again and the forecast for the country for at least the next two weeks is hot and sunny weather so if you have a trip planned to Poland over the coming days then enjoy this August heatwave !
Expect temperatures between 25 – 30 degrees Celsius although the thermometer could reach as high as 35 or 36 degrees Celsius. With that kind of heat then also be prepared for the occasional thunderstorm in the evening.
The south of Poland is usually the hottest so as you travel further north then you can expect slightly cooler temperatures.
