Senses restaurant-Warsaw

Senses was very recently awarded only the second Michelin star to a Polish restaurant (the other being Atelier Amaro).

The chef, Andrea Camastra, is passionate about experimenting with different combinations of flavours and his menu draws heavily on typical Polish cuisine but also stretches into more mainstream European foods such as sea urchin, lobster and game.

Camastra has his own food laboratory on site and has also worked at several of Europe’s finest restaurants.
